2026 Projects

In 2026, my work centered on personal mythologies and subcultural devotion. I created a fully hand-illustrated comic rooted in my love for video games, trading cards, and so-called “loser culture,” reclaiming obsession as intimacy and world-building as survival. I also published a single-edition newspaper exploring the quiet absurdities and emotional weight of art student life, blending satire with sincerity. Alongside these narrative works, I developed a series of illustrations translated into screenprints, extending my drawings into tactile, wearable, and distributable forms.

This year also included a commissioned movie poster illustration for the short film Cicadas, where I translated the film’s atmosphere into a singular, graphic visual language.
